ASCICAT neix amb la voluntat d’enfortir el sector de la ciberseguretat a Catalunya, connectant empreses, professionals i institucions per generar impacte real. Treballem per construir un ecosistema més competitiu, col·laboratiu i preparat per als reptes digitals actuals i futurs.

Connectar l'ecosistema
Impulsar la col·laboració entre empreses, professionals, institucions i centres formatius per generar oportunitats i projectes amb impacte.
Promoure projectes de valor
Facilitar iniciatives compartides que reforcin la innovació, la competitivitat i el creixement del sector.
Impulsar el talent i la formació
Contribuir al desenvolupament i la captació de talent mitjançant accions formatives i col·laboració amb l’entorn educatiu i científic-tecnològic.
Representar i posicionar el sector
Actuar com a interlocutor davant administracions i agents d'entorn, defensant els interessos i el posicionament del sector.
Sensibilitzar i conscienciar
Promoure la cultura de la ciberseguretat com a element estratègic per al desenvolupament econòmic i empresarial del territori.

I bring a solid track record of more than twenty-five years in a pharmaceutical multinational, where I have demonstrated my deep knowledge and experience in critical areas such as production, guarantee and quality, and more recently in logistics, with a special emphasis on imports and exports .
My experience and leadership have been deeply valued and recognized.
I wish that my incorporation will be a step forward towards success and excellence in the mission of strengthening Cybersecurity in Catalonia.

I am an expert in cyber security and privacy, Forensic Computer Forensic Expert with more than 25 years of experience. I have taught specialized courses in computer forensics and digital research, and I collaborate in the media as a disseminator and influencer in cyber security. My passion for technology and vocation for service motivate me to help others start and consolidate their projects successfully.

Currently, I leverage my eighteen years of experience in systems computing to develop a strategic and practical approach to cybersecurity. At EIO, I lead training initiatives, security audits, project management and solution deployment.
My goal is to improve global security and empower both individuals and businesses. I strongly believe that cyber security is not just about technology, but about how we as people relate to each other.

I am the Manager of ADS, Soft Analysis/Design, SLU, a company founded in 1992 with professionals with programming experience for small and medium businesses.
We have our own ERP, notable for its customization and efficiency in process management.
Our Hardware department specializes in virtualized servers, both "on site" and in the cloud, guaranteeing data security and availability.

With our desire for continuous improvement this year 2024 we have received the Partner of the Year award in Cybersecurity Solutions from Dell Technologies, which reinforces our position regarding data protection as one of our pillars.
Guillem Hors and Navarrete

Lawyer and economist. Currently, I am the Managing Partner of HORS LEGAL, a firm specializing in digital law and corporate law, covering associations and non-profit entities, contractual and commercial law.
I regularly collaborate with various business entities and I am a member of the Executive of PIMEC in the province of Girona, where I work to support small and medium-sized companies in the region.
